I’m working from glorious Mountain View this week at our Mozilla HQ. After leaving a very wet and gloomy English summer, I’m delighted (if a little hot under the collar) to be basking in the mini heatwave California is enjoying. Yesterday we reached the high 90s, and today its set to top more than 100 degrees. I’ll certainly be making the most of that sunshine before heading back home – its usually a once a century occassion for the UK!

Its only the start of day Wednesday here and its already been a very productive week. I’ve been meeting with my Marketing team colleagues, plus the Addons team, Window Snyder, and by the end of the week I’ll have met with most of the folks who we work closely with from our US based team. We’ve been talking a bunch of things and working through ideas for the rest of the year. Its been great to catch up with people I work with every day and meet some of the new folks who have recently joined. More on this next week.
