Tomcat, Chofmann and I were at the first day of CeBIT today, working our demo booth in the open source project area.
A long day on our feet, but totally worth it! Engaging with our Firefox users, and huge fans of Mozilla and open source. Its a real humbling and inspiring experience to really talk to people about why they use, and love Firefox. I’ll post a round up after the event, but at least from one day of asking questions at CeBIT most German users primary love of Firefox — is a love of Add-ons. Customization is everything! Lucky we have more than 6,000 Add-ons to choose from then!
The picture below was taken by Viktoria at tiburon-tv.com — she also did an interview with Chris and I:http://www.tiburon-tv.com/2009/03/03/the-mozilla-team-loves-the-german-market-cebit-webciety/

So, more of the same tomorrow.
PS: We even managed to capture a glimpse of Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Governor of California, CeBIT’s partner state this year. In true Arnie style – he told world leaders to stop “whining and complaining” about the economic slowdown.

I love this picture! It’s such a good illustration of the diversity of Mozilla! 3 differents styles, 3 different countries (only 2 different genders?!)
